Welcome to the Glenfield Bridge Club website.

 

We play bridge at the Glenfield Memorial Hall every Wednesday and at St Bartholomew’s church hall at Kirby Muxloe every Saturday.  Please arrive by 710pm at both venues to allow play to commence at 715pm.  If you need a partner for Wednesday please phone Dennis Bradley on 0116 2871145.  Partners for Saturday can be found by phoning Nick Daniels on 07765800125

Winners of the duplicate on Wednesday 19th November 2008 were Gordon Musson and Geoff Day. Follow the links for the results, travellers and personal score cards.

 

Wednesday 19th November 2008 was another mixed night for the teams. Bob Parker & Gerry Bucciero achieved the best analysis for Glenfield A as they beat Loughborough University A 8-4 but the University had the best of the night overall as their B team beat Glenfield B 9-3.  Best analysis went to Nick Daniels and Tony North.  Glenfield C lost 7-5 to Loughborough C. Best analysis went to Leslie Neville and Ken Clayton.

 

Winners of the duplicate on Saturday 15th November 2008 were Brenda Coltman & Bharat Thakrar (North/South) and Nick Daniels & Ron Ferguson (East/West).  Leaders for the November prize for the biggest increase on average percentage are Nigel & Patricia Wollen.  Leaders for the November prize for the highest percentage are Tim & Margaret Glover.  Follow the links for the results, travellers and personal score cards.
